Learn how to make simple and easy to cook quick homemade puri / poori recipe. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />1 & 1/2 cup wheat flour <br />1 tbsp oil <br />salt <br />2 tbsp milk <br />Water <br />Oil for deep frying <br /> <br />Method: <br />- Put wheat flour, oil, milk and mix everything well. <br />- Add water to it occasionally as per need to knead the mixture make a hard dough. <br />- Apply some more oil to the dough, knead well and keep it to rest for another 15 - 20 mins <br />- Make small balls of the dough and roll them in not too thin base on a rolling board by using a rolling pin after oiling the rolling utensils <br />- Deep fry the puri / poori on both sides in medium hot oil and the dish is ready to be served.
